Gabriele Frantzen has been a European fashion fixture for over 15 years. Based near Munich, she has done it all, from running the wildly successful boutique Frantzen & Frantzen featuring Prada, Miu Miu and Dolce & Gabbana, to establishing cutting edge lines with her own distribution company, Best of 19. Her consistent ability to forecast trends has solidified her place as a style maven to watch.
Sensing a need for something eye-catching yet moderate for today's changing global market, Gabriele launched her show-stopping jewelry line in 2009. An instant success in Europe, the line was highlighted in German Elle, InStyle and Vogue shortly after its debut. Fashion forward retailers such as Theresa in Munich, Apropos in Cologne, Stylebop.com and Eder in Kitzbuhel, Austria snapped up the Gabriele Frantzen line for their stores.
Inspired by her love of travel to far away places, her regular visits to museums and antique markets, and even her own childhood memories, Gabriele has created a line that is cool yet feminine, bold yet wearable, modern yet timeless. Her lifelong obsession with all things vintage has also been a major influence on the look of the line with some pieces from her personal collection appearing in a few one-of-a- kind necklaces.
For Spring/Summer 2010 Gabriele has done it again, expanding her collection to include a sun washed color palette, bold multi-brooch like pieces, and edgier chunky chains with dangling vintage time pieces. The result is a line that suits many moods but is singularly chic.
With an evergrowing list of fans including New York Stylist Mia Morgan and the acclaimed design team Talbot Runhof, who featured Gabriele’s jewelry at their most recent runway show in Paris, the Gabriele Frantzen collection is poised to be as big of a success all over the world as it already is in Europe.
